What can we assist you with?
We are a full service funeral home serving ALL faiths and races. We offer immediate or full traditional services. We arrange disposition services of Burial, Entombment or Cremation. We arrange for religious services, veterans' military honors, insurance claims and social security. We offer Pre Planning and After Care Support. Please contact us for your individual needs.

How much does everything cost?
Your selection of the funeral service should reflect your families' particular feelings and individual desires. We at Ahlgrim & Sons pride ourselves on our services to the families and communities we serve. We would love to talk with you in person to find out more about what your specific needs are and how we can provide personalized service to ensure you or your loved one's final farewell is memorable. Full Traditional Funerals range, on average, between $6,200.00 and $8,500.00 including the casket. Basic Immediate Cremations are $2,182.00 including the cremation fee and cremation permit. What do caskets cost?
Anywhere from $695 to $4,995, with the average price being $1,600 to $2,995.
 
Do I need to buy a casket or an urn for cremation?
No. There are rental caskets made of Cherry, Oak, and also of Metal. All of these contain inserts that are cremated with the person. Urns are not required but are available in many styles, shapes and price ranges.
 
What is a traditional funeral?
Traditional usually refers to a visitation with the body present and services the next day. Traditionally this service concludes with committal services at a cemetery.
 
What is embalming?
Embalming is the short term preservation, disinfection and restoration of a human's remains. This allows for funerals of extended periods of time. Embalming is not required by law, except in certain special cases.
 
Can I prepay for a funeral?
Pre-planning allows you and your family to make clear choices and weigh all the options under careful guidance from our directors and counselors. By consulting those with professional experience you can provide for a cost-effective means of ensuring that arrangements and services are complete and that your wishes will be met.
